About us

The Children's Place is a play-based, non-profit early-education program in San Carlos, Ca. At TCP we believe that children learn best through play. We believe this builds confidence, creativity and a love for learning in an age appropriate way. TCP hours are from 7:15 am to 5:45 pm.

Preschool Program

TCP enrolls children ages two through five. Our program is designed to foster all aspects of learning though child exploration, play and creativity. Each classroom curriculum is designed to foster growth and excite a love of learning.

Pre-Kindergarten

Give your child a strong start with our play-based Pre-K program, designed to build kindergarten readiness through hands-on learning, social-emotional growth, and exploration. We offer small class sizes, caring teachers, and affordable tuition in a warm, nurturing environment.
